Students entering 9th grade at Orestimba High School will be enrolled in Math 1 or Math 1 Honors. During the spring of their 8th grade year students will make requests for courses. It is the student and guardian that make the choice for the student’s option to either take Math 1 or Math 1 Honors.
In order to assist parents in completing 2017-18 Student Registration for Returning Students, the following sessions will be available. A Yolo group of students enjoyed a wonderful 5 day trip to the Nation's Capital and he Big Apple. Students visited historical landmarks and learned about our country's history and government. Mid-week, students traveled to NY to visit the Statue of Liberty, among other great sites. It was an unforgettable experience for our students.
Due to the construction, you may have noticed limited access to ASP and Gym parking lots. As a safety precaution for students, staff and community, fences have gone up around the areas affected by the construction. The solar project will be in progress for the remainder of the school year and into the summer months.
Yolo Team competes and advances to State Competition. Congratulations to Mr. Santor and the National History Day team, they are going to state competitions in Rocklin for the second year in a row.
